WCHA owns and operates 45 housing communities varying from senior hi-rises, apartments, townhouses and single dwelling homes.
WCHA offers educational, recreational, social and wellness activities in many of these communities. WCHA also offers transportation, with wheelchair accessibility, to shopping areas, malls, banks, and grocery stores in targeted communities.

The Westmoreland County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will hold a regular meeting for general purposes on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 12 noon at the Main Office of the Authority, 167 South Greengate Road, Greensburg, PA. A workshop will be held prior to the meeting at 11:30 a.m.
WCHA to observe President’s Day
Westmoreland County Housing Authority offices will be closed Monday, February 17, 2025, in observance of President’s Day. Offices will reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
