WCHA owns and operates 48 housing communities varying from senior hi-rises, apartments, townhouses and single dwelling homes. 

WCHA offers educational, recreational, social and wellness activities in many of these communities. WCHA also offers transportation, with wheelchair accessibility, to shopping areas, malls, banks, and grocery stores in targeted communities.
