WCHA FSS program featured at PAHRA conference

Westmoreland County Housing Authority (WCHA) Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS) was featured at the 2024 PAHRA Annual Conference that was held recently in Erie, PA.

 WCHA CEO/Executive Director Michael L. Washowich spoke to attendees of the interactive and informative session on the FSS program that is offered to Section8 tenants and public housing residences who receive rent assistance through the Authority.

Department Director Cheryl Messner and her team that included Robin Meadows, Julia Pickett and Kayla Lucotch explained how the various venues offered to help families and individuals become self-sufficient and economically independent.
