Applications now available online for Grand View Senior Residences

Applications for Grand View Senior Residences in Irwin are now available online.

While the project is still in its early construction stages, Westmoreland County Housing Authority (WCHA) is currently accepting applications from prospective residents.

Completion of the 50-unit building is anticipated for May or June 2024.
